Rukmani Trust was established in 2014 with an objective to create an empowered India. The Trust aims to leapfrog using the power of technology, in bridging the rural-urban digital divide in education. Our community programs are designed to ensure scalability and last-mile delivery through our network of partner NGOs.

ACCESS TO QUALITY EDUCATION

Technology is transforming the way education is delivered and is the primary catalyst in bridging the rural-urban divide. The pandemic has propelled the need to re-invent new ways to reach education online.

Advanced technologies have come to the rescue of online delivery of education in urban India. The lack of infrastructure and resources have kept the rural communities away from being part of this transformation.

Rukmani Trust is taking up initiatives to partner with like-minded NGOs, Technology providers, Educationists and Corporates, to bridge the rural-urban digital divide with the primary objective of improving access to quality education, using the power of technology.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT FOR

Skill Development is central to improving employability and creating local job opportunities to build a self-reliant India.

Rukmani Trust will provide financial grants for vocational training to rural communities with a focus on women & young graduates in areas like Computer programming, Driving, Nursing, Tailoring, Cooking, Carpentry, House-Keeping, Electrical and Mechanical Servicing, Repairing or Engineering to name a few.

To shape their skills, the Trust will assist individuals with career choices.
