Vanshika Singh – The Researcher Behind Rukmani Trust’s Impact

Vanshika is a Teach For India Fellow based in Delhi. She completed her Bachelor’s in Global Affairs from O.P. Jindal Global University. Her ongoing projects include a study assessing the challenges in implementation of digital learning programs in Delhi and impact-based project on governance of children’s data and their privacy with Digital Futures Lab.

She is currently serving as the lead of research, pedagogy, and program with Educators for Equality where her work includes monitoring, evaluation, designing and piloting teacher training programs to build inclusive and safe classroom spaces.

Vanshika has previously interned at the ant where she collected data from multiple villages, collaborated with local activists, international actors and conducted market research pertaining to impact on health, local economy, education, and water governance.

Her work is largely centred around development sector and her experiences are with Dalit Adivasi Shakti Adhikar Manch, People’s Resources Centre and Centre for Studies of Society and Secularism.
